Following are the terms & conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.
All deliveries are handled directly by iRin Minimart.
Shipping cost is at a flat rate of ₹50.00 per order irresprective of the order volume or location. Shipping cost is subject to change without prior notice. Changes in shipping cost will not affect orders that have already been paid in full but have not yet been delivered.
We currently delivery to only select localities in Aizawl city. Please let us know via the contact form if you want be informed when we begin delivery in your area.

All orders are processed & delivered within the delivery time slot you select during checkout.
We try to call all our customers before a delivery is made but in case we are unable to call you before a delivery for whatsoever reason, since the delivery time slot is chosen at the time of checkout, customers are expected to have someone available at the delivery address to receive orders.
In case there is no one available to receive the order at the delivery address, a 2nd attempt will be made at the next delivery slot. If on the 2nd attempt, your are still unable to receive the order, the order will be cancelled and cost of all cart items will be refunded to your original mode of payment minus the delivery charges. The Delivery charges will not be refunded in this scenario.
No returns will be accepted after 24 hours from delivery. Returns will not be accepted for undamaged items. Returns will be accepted only if you receive the good/items in a damaged/defective/expired condition, in which case a refund or replacement will be issued to you against the offending item(s).
If you receive damaged/defective/expired goods/items, please contact us immediately via email, phone or the contact form. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to claim a replacement or refund. All returns must be claimed within 24 hours from delivery. No returns will be accepted after 24 hours from delivery.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services & products provided, please provide the reasons for your dissatisfaction. If, after proper investigation, the reasons are found to be genuine & mistakes have been made on part, refunds will be issued for the offending items.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of other modes of online payment, the amount will be reverted to the original account from which the payment was made.
Refund for Delivery charges will be issued only in the following situation:
More than 50% of the items ( in monetory value) in an order are delivered in defective/damaged state. In this case the entire Delivery Charges will be refunded to your orginal payment method.
If value of damaged/defective goods in an order is less than 50% of the total order value, the Delivery Charge will not be refunded.
